SPIN2018-31 - The City of Southlake is proposing a Specific Use Permit for the installation of two (2) electric vehicle charging stations (ChargePoint 4000) to be installed at 285 Shady Oaks Dr. (The Marq Southlake) within SPIN Neighborhood #7.
SPIN2018-32 - An applicant is proposing to develop a fourteen (14) lot residential subdivision on approximately 9.8 acres at 610 and 620 S. Peytonville Ave. within SPIN Neighborhood #10.
SPIN2018-33 - An applicant is proposing to develop a fifteen (15) lot residential subdivision ("Oxford Place") on approximately 12.64 acres at 1749 E. Highland St. within SPIN Neighborhood #4.
